Garden Salsa Recipe

There are a lot of tomatoes turning red around here, and we've been scrambling to find uses for ours, so I thought I'd post our favorite current way to use tomatoes. A huge batch of salsa in our home like this lasts only about 3 days. Now if only chips would grow in our garden, too!
For some fresh garden salsa, here is a general recipe:

Ingredients:

A handful of tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 onion, quartered
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 bunch cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp vinegar
1 squeeze honey
Salt, to taste
Any kind of sweet pepper or banana pepper, chopped

Instructions:

Toss everything in a food processor and pulse until everything is
chopped up well and you have your desired consistency. Enjoy!
